Hartley Botanic has been creating horticultural structures for over 70 years and they are probably best known for their beautiful Victorian glasshouses.
Each glasshouse is individually designed and manufactured so it can made to any dimension and is available in a range of colour finishes.
The Victorian range just oozes “English country manor” and you can imagine seeing one at the back of a walled kitchen garden full of fruit, vegetables and flowers for cutting. You might not have a display quite as grand as that, but they are beautiful structures in their own right and would certainly add class and style to any garden.
They can also be used as conservatories, somewhere to sit and enjoy the sunshine whilst providing the right conditions to grow more delicate plants, such as Bougainvillea, which we all know and love from our holidays in warmer climes.
The Hartley Range is designed for gardeners with smaller or medium-sized gardens and is more traditional in style than the Victorian range.
The new Horizon greenhouse is very contemporary with a modern and minimalist feel to the design, created to provide a feeling of light and space. It can be used as a traditional day-to-day greenhouse or simply as a space to sit and relax. Either way it would work really well in a garden that has a more contemporary feel to it.
Details of their full range of greenhouses and glasshouses can be found on the Hartley Botanic website.
