Christmas gift ideas from David Austin Roses

I received the monthly newsletter from David Austin Roses at the weekend and I was very surprised to see that they are now offering a range of accessories for the home and garden which includes some beautiful stoneware, kitchen textiles, bone china and home fragrances.

The garden accessories range includes garden tools, including hand tools, watering cans and these very stylish slate plant markers which are really useful because they can be re-used again and again.

Any of these garden accessories would make a great present for your gardening friends and family, but have you ever thought about giving someone a potted rose?

David Austin will pack and send a pot-grown rose in a gift box as shown below.  Of course at this time of year the rose will have been cut back so it won't be in full bloom, but the sentiment is the same.

There are hundreds of rose varieties available so I'm sure you can find one that suits the person you are buying it for. Why not see if you can find a name-sake rose?

David Austin also deliver hand-cut roses and because they're offering some special festive arrangements, I thought I'd leave you with a picture of their Darcey bouquet...

For full details of the new home and garden accessories range, and for details of all their roses, please refer to the David Austin website.
