They make statuary, pots and urns, bird baths, balustrades, planters, garden furniture, fountains, obelisks, lawn edging, buildings, pergolas, window surrounds, flooring, columns and wall copings...and the list goes on...
Haddonstone is a unique form of cast limestone which has a surface texture very similar to Portland stone. The material weathers and matures like natural stone but, piece for piece, is much more cost effective than using quarried stone which is usually significantly more expensive.
The material can be moulded to almost any shape and it's therefore often used in restoration projects to produce replicas of original antiques. Each design is hand made using moulds made by Haddonstone.
They are also able to manufacture non-standard architectural stone pieces to practically any shape, size or colour.
I love the buildings and pergolas - fit for an English country manor garden...
Haddonstone has a show garden in Northamptonshire so if you're ever in the area I'm sure it would be worth a detour. I'll certainly make a trip there at some point.
For details of the full range and to see some more photos do take a look at the Haddonstone website.
