With the eyes of the world about to turn to East London, local illustrator James Brown has produced a beautiful print which highlights one of Hackney's lesser-known neighbourhoods.
Apparently 'a mudpatch in the middle of nowhere' is a description of Hackney Wick taken from a 1976 episode of Doctor Who! I love the bold colours and nautical theme to this print. You can buy it online here for £50.
You might have already seen some of James Brown's distinctive, text-based illustration work. He's drawn covers for the Guardian and has prints for sale in the V&A, as well as in his online shop.
This 'Viking' print features all the sea regions around the UK, as featured in the Shipping Forecast on Radio 4 every night.
My favourites, though, are these completely charming lino prints of different animals, available in a limited edition of 100, for £45 each.
