Samantha King, founder of Lime Lace, realised that customers preferred things which were more unique and personal to them, so she developed a website and a shop in Harrogate which is full of all those quirky, usually hard-to-find items, making it easy to buy products that really stand out. And she has added some fantastic new products lately that we just had to share with you.
These amazing cushions and fabric upholstered chairs are from Lime Lace's new designer Emily Humphrey. Emily comes from a fashion print background, working in-house designing women’s wear prints for Paul Smith & Ted Baker. Her new cushion collection is designed around the concept of a ‘mix & match flip book’.
The Marché aux Puces Cushion (above) features a white swan, floral images and aged crackle effect. It comes with a contrasting grey lace printed reverse and contrasting black and white piping.
The stylish Harrogate toile cushion was created in homage to the town Emily now calls home. As you explore this design you will see local landmarks like the Turkish baths, Pump rooms, Betty’s and the Majestic Hotel, as well as images that have inspired the designer since living in Harrogate such as magpies, rabbits, fat rascals and Victorian characters.
This fabulous and eccentric magpie's paradise large cushion features magpies surrounded by jewels, pearls and pocket watches. The cushion comes with a contrasting striped piping and a red striped reverse
All cushions are 100% British designed & made. They are crafted from 100% cotton satin, and include a duck feather inner.
