Hannah Ricci is a very talented and busy lady. Not only is she a valued contributor to Heart Home magazine (she writes our 'Young Designers' feature every issue), she has her own upcycled furniture boutique called Ruby Rhino, and now she is launching furniture painting workshops too!
The workshops take place in the Heart of the Country Shopping Village in Lichfield, Staffordshire, with two friendly tutors from the Ruby Rhino team. They provide a fun hands-on experience for complete beginners as well as those wanting to fine tune existing skills. Basics are covered before moving on to tips for professional application and a wide range of different techniques including colour washing, distressing, cracking and creating texture. So if you've ever wanted to learn how to layer paints and create authentic aged effects on those old tired bits of furniture you have hanging around, now's your chance.
Hannah is offering Heart Home readers a special rate of £95 per person (normal price £110) for bookings made before 30th June.
