The latest range of bedlinen from Hastens is a result of a floral design collaboration with Gunilla Lagerhem Ullberg, one of Sweden’s most well-known textile designers. Gunilla has already won accolades for ‘Herbarium’ such as the prestigious Designer of the Year Award from Elle Decoration and it’s Hästens first digitally printed linen collection.
“I have cultivated flowers for a long time and nature has always been my source of inspiration. Herbarium is a kaleidoscope of clematis and hollyhocks, well known in Scandinavia, assembled in a checkered pattern that fits with Hästens beds,” said Gunilla Lagerhem Ullberg.
The collection is produced from the finest Egyptian cotton in a light weight satin featuring 300 thread count linens in 100% high quality combed cotton. The fabric has the advantage of being much lighter than traditional and heavier cotton weaves. It also offers a silky feel that is both softer and warmer to touch.
The pillow cases are available in Blue or Champagne, in 5 sizes (€70 - €80). The duvet covers are available in Blue or Champagne in 7 sizes (€250 - €630).
Since 1852, Hästens has been committed to crafting the best sleep. The skilled craftsmen at the factory in Köping, Sweden, have been refining their work for generations. Every bed is bespoke and hand-made using only the best natural materials. With operations in 36 countries and more than 200 partners in Europe, Asia and America, the small family owned company has grown into a global producer and retailer of premium beds.
