Website of the Week – Style the Home

Style the Home is not just another shopping website. It’s a unique interiors directory created to showcase a special selection of handpicked, independent businesses from around the UK. Founder Danielle, not only has a passion for interior design but is driven to find unusual, quirky and unique home wares; as she says, she is fully aware of the wasted hours we all spend trawling the internet for that ‘special something’.

And there’s something for everyone, as Style the Home has an eclectic mix of businesses to get you inspired. And to help you keep organised, the site has a fun scrapbook feature where you can store your favourite businesses all in one place (like your very own ‘little black book’). All you have to do is register – and that’s for free! It’s also worth visiting often as the home page has a monthly update on featured products and featured companies.

Urban Chic Sideboard from Harley and Lola

Urban Chic Sideboard from Harley and Lola

Harley and Lola – featured business of September, who source ethically produced products and use recycled packaging wherever possible. We particularly love the Urban Chic range of furniture and one or two pieces may well make their way into the HH office.

The Directory – no more searching the web for unique bathroom accessories, or quirky kitchenware, or statement lighting. It’s all there at your fingertips, to browse, save to your scrapbook if you love it and buy, if you really can’t resist it. And we all know that feeling.

The Style Finds selection. This is the page where you are most likely to come across that illusive gift idea or ‘something special’ that you’ve been looking for. Or even something that you didn’t even know you were looking for. It’s crammed with Danielle’s curated collection of special finds.

Because after all, Christmas is only just around the corner.
