Beautiful 'Off The Wall' range from Laura Ashley

With the weather starting to warm up a little over the last week or so, and narcissi and hyacinths starting to bloom, spring is definitely on its way.

And for the new season, Laura Ashley has created a beautiful contemporary collection called 'Off The Wall'.

It takes its inspiration from the 1950s with bold shapes and a colourful mix of tones including vermillion, chartreuse, cerulean, Prussian blue and chrome green.

Two patterns make up the collection, Wallace and Serena, the latter being the floral-inspired print which you can see in the image above. It's such a great design for a feature wall.

As well as on wallpaper, this pattern is also featured on a cushion cover, seat pad, worktop saver, tea towels and bone china mugs.  Oh...and on a bed linen set with the Wallace print on the reverse.

The two patterns together are so complementary, but it's the colourful blooms on the Serena print which really appeal to me...such a happy, up-beat design.

By the way, did you know that Laura Ashley have recently launched a new blog?  It's beautifully designed with lots of inspiration and gorgeous images, so I highly recommend that you pop by.
